Background
GAPDH is constitutively expressed at high levels in almost all tissues and cell lines making it ideal for use as a loading control marker in immunoblots. Independent of its glycolytic activity it is also involved in membrane trafficking in the early secretory pathway.
Source
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide derived from the human GAPDH alpha protein.
Product
Product Form: Unconjugated
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide
