A donkey was immunized with purified chicken IgY. Antibodies were isolated from immune sera using affinity chromatography and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.

0.5 mg of donkey anti chicken IgY (H+L), conjugated with HRP in phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.1% 2-chloroacetamide.
