Chickens were immunized with highly purified sheep IgG isolated from normal pooled sheep serum. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared.

Applications
This antibody is suitable for ELISA and Westerm blot applications. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions.
